And there you have it...Peceli Rokotuivuna, Talei Tora, and Dom Samson, the three volunteers who pledged to have their hair shaved off as a symbol of solidarity with cancer victims.
The nominees and their supporters will aim to raise $1000 to "pay" for that haircut as part of the fundraising campaign for KIDS with Cancer in Fiji.
The three are flanked by Taholo (far right) and wife Sina Kami who leads the 'Walk On Walk Strong' (WOWS) foundation in memory of their late daughter Tae Kami who died in 2008 of cancer.
On Friday 17th, June, 2011 in Suva. The Media Conference was held at JJ Conference room, to launch the first WOWS Shave it or Save it Campaign. This will be part of the Annual WOWS EVENT (3rd yr) which will be held August 10-13th, 2011.
This year's event is still in partnership with Fiji Cancer Society and also FBC.
